Auto-renewal #

STEP 1: To renew your VDS or another service, firstly you need to go to my.itldc.com.

STEP 2: Choose the category “Products/Services” and then click on “Virtual Private Servers” or another service that you want to renew.

STEP 3: Select the service you want to renew and click the button “Edit“.

STEP4: In “Auto-renewal” choose the period that you want to pay for.

STEP 5: Click “Add to Cart” and then choose the payment method.

NOTE: Disadvantage of this method is that in case of lack of funds, the service will be suspended at 00:00 UTC after end day. So if you have some critical services – we recommend you using the next method.

Single service renewal #

If you want to renew one service, or you want to renew the service in priority, this method is more suitable for you.

STEP 1: Go to my.itldc.com.

STEP 2: Choose the category “Products/Services” and then click on “Virtual Private Servers” or another service that you want to renew.

STEP 3: Select the service you want to renew and click the button “Renew“.

STEP 4: Select a period that you want your service to be renewed for.

STEP 5: Click “Add to Cart” and then choose the payment method.
