STEP 1: To stop renewing your VDS or another service firstly, you need to go to my.itldc.com.

STEP 2: Choose the category “Products/Services” and then click on “Virtual Private Servers” or another service that you want to stop.

STEP 3: Select the service you want to stop and click the button “Edit“.

STEP 4: In “Auto-renewal” choose ”Disabled” for stopping an auto renewal.

STEP 5: Click “OK” to confirm changes. The service will be automatically suspended after expiration day and will be deleted after a few days (see more – https://itldc.com/en/support/termination-terms/)
