What is refund? Some payment systems support refund of payments, that can be caused by a seller after customer’s request or by himself. Technically, it can be defined as transaction cancellation.

In which cases payment refund can be requested? Sometimes the possibility to request a refund depends on the service and how long ago it was ordered. Some services can’t be cancelled, for example domain names, software, SSL certificates, non-standard servers and paid support. Also, we can’t refund payments that were done 14 days ago or more.

For what types of payments is it possible to make a refund? In case when you paid with card or PayPal, you can request cancellation of a service and money-back. In other cases (including cryptocurrency payments) there is no refund option.
